Premillennialism and the Old Testament

From the time of God’s creation, God declaredHis intention to establish His rule over all the earth (Gen. 1:26–27). What God doesin and through Israel is part of that plan to establish His rule over all creation. The biblical covenants repeatedly affirm that God will provide certain realities as part of His plan for the nation of Israel as well as for the entire world. The ultimate fulfillment of those provisions rests on God’s character—the God who manifests His glory by bringing to pass what He promised.
