Mark Zhakevich began teaching at The Master’s Seminary in 2012 as an adjunct faculty member in Bible Exposition, Pastoral Ministry, and New Testament. He joined the full-time faculty in 2015. Previously he taught as an adjunct at The Master’s College, as a lecturer for the Logos Bible Institute at Grace Community Church, and as a visiting lecturer at Samara Center for Biblical Training in Russia. Mark joined the Grace Community Church pastoral staff in 2007 and was affirmed as an elder in 2012. He continues to provide leadership in the Finance and Conferences departments, and ministers to students and single adults in the Crossroads Fellowship Group. Mark is currently completing his Ph.D. with a focus on Discipleship in the Gospel of John. His interests include the Jewish and Roman World of the New Testament, New Testament Theology, Johannine writings, and Greek.
