Josiah began full-time ministry as a hospital chaplain, serving for 5 years at Los Angeles County Hospital. Later, he and his wife served in Mexico City as missionaries, where Josiah helped the Seminary Palabra de Gracia launch their Biblical Languages program.

Josiah was ordained at Grace Community Church, where he currently serves as an elder in the Spanish ministry, alongside his wife and three children.

He is also the author of various Spanish books, including:
