Jesse is the lead teaching pastor at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, VA. He came to IBC in 2012, having previously served as an adjunct faculty member at The Master's Seminary and Christ Seminary in South Africa. He is also a member of The Master's University and Seminary's board of directors.

Jesse and his wife Deidre were married in 2006 and have three daughters, Madison, Savannah, and Geneva Joy.
