Dr. Mook came to The Master’s Seminary in January 2014. After his formal training, he served as a Pastor in south Texas, and for twenty-two years taught Systematic Theology at Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, MD. At CBS, he also served as Chairman of Systematic Theology (starting 1998), and as Th.M. Program Director (starting 2007). Throughout his years at CBS, Dr. Mook often preached in churches, at retreats, and seminars. A member of the Evangelical Theological Society, he has read several papers at national meetings.

“The Church Fathers on Genesis, the Flood, and the Age of the Earth” in Coming to Grips with Genesis: Biblical Authority and the Age of the Earth.

Dr. Mook has also written articles for magazines.
