TMS grad, Ivan Kolomiytsev (B.Th.'06), directs Word of Grace Bible Institute (WGBI) which Word of Grace Bible Church in Vancouver, WA oversees.  Senior Pastor Alexey Kolomiytsev believes that the work of ministry should be done in and through the local church.  Their efforts to prepare church leaders for establishing congregations and to ground them with solid Bible exposition reflects God's blessing.

WGBI has several levels of equipping “the saints for the work of ministry" (Eph. 4:12).

• Basic - Teaching seminars occur annually for all church members that teach God’s children the basics of the Christian walk and ministry.
• Intermediate - All church members, especially potential leaders, study courses such as hermeneutics, Bible, exegesis, church history, apologetics, and basics of theology.
• Advanced - Church leaders currently study Systematic Theology courses from The Master’s Seminary. This approach has equipped about 50 new, mature leaders in the church.
  

The work of WGBI also extends to cities of the former Soviet Union such as Rostov, Salavat, Ufa, and Birsk in Russia, plus Rovno and Kharkov in Ukraine.
